This presentation application, and all background intellectual property in it (the software and source code, product and interaction design, screen layouts, navigation model, visual and motion design, database structures and all related know-how) is the exclusive property of Future Engine Limited and is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, imitated, reverse engineered or used to build or brief any other product. Access to the application grants no rights in it whatsoever.

The material presented in the application (including all project and building information, imagery, film, plans, figures, branding and prepared documents) belongs to the client on whose behalf it is presented, to Future Engine Limited or to their respective licensors, and is confidential. It is shown for the purpose of the relevant engagement only and may not be captured, reproduced, shared or reused in any form or medium, including in any other software or any AI system, nor shown to anyone the client has not permitted (section 3).

Nobody may present, display or otherwise show this application, or anything in it, to any person without the express prior permission of the client on whose behalf it is presented. Access is not permission: a presentation prepared for a named prospective tenant may be shown to that prospect and to the advisers attending with it, and to nobody else. Anything wider needs the client’s written permission first, and an unsure case must be treated as not permitted.

Showing this material to anyone else exposes both the individual presenting and the organisation they act for to a claim by the client for the loss it suffers, for any fee or other gain made in connection with the unauthorised showing, and for the costs of investigating and enforcing, as well as to an injunction. The full provisions are in sections 10 and 11 of the Terms of Use.

Product names, project codenames, wordmarks and logos shown in the application are the trade marks or trading styles of their respective owners. No licence or right to use any of them is granted or implied.

Certain photography and illustrative material may be included under licence from third-party providers. Where a credit is required, it is displayed alongside the material. Such items remain the property of their owners and may not be extracted or reused separately.

The application presents marketing material. Nothing in it constitutes an offer, a contract, particulars for a transaction, or legal, financial or other professional advice. Figures and plans are indicative and subject to change; see the Terms of Use for the full no-reliance notice.
